Corporate Warrior began as a means to scratch my own itch. It started after I read Body By Science by Dr Doug McGuff and John Little. To attempt to find answers to many of my questions around exercise, I reached out to Dr Doug McGuff to request an interview. The next thing you know, I’ve unexpectedly started a podcast.
